Return and Exchange Policy

The below describes the return/exchange/shipping costs policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by NUA. Customers are advised to go through the below information. We follow a No Refund Policy.

ALL PRODUCTS

Exchange is only applicable due to size issues. Exchange should be intimated by calling +91-9502677765 within 24 hrs from the date of delivery for all orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused including face masks. Original bill should be readily available when requested by NUA. Customers should ship the product back to us to the address mentioned in the website within 24 hrs after speaking to us.

Return is only accepted incase we do not have the exchange size available with us. A coupon will be issued for the price of the dress (excluding the shipping charges) valid for 3 months which can be redeemed on our website for another purchase.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design/slight color variations of the product purchased.

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please notify us immediately on  +91-9502677765 mentioning the Order ID. Post validation and receiving the package back, NUA will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.

ALTERED PRODUCTS

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

REVERSE SHIPPING AND COST

It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to send back the purchased product in case of a return or an exchange within 24 hrs after speaking to us. Please note that NUA shall not be liable for any returns or exchange that doesn’t reach NUA in good condition to the address as mentioned in the website.
